Horrible assembly instructions – Great cart I would have given this cart a 5 star rating, but due to the exasperating chore of trying to make out the instructions for assembly, I decided to knock off a star. If you have put together a wagon before, you will probably have no problem. The pictures were pretty much black, so that you could not figure out the assembly of this wagon very well. You have to read the written word very closely. I had to keep looking at the picture on the box and then look at the instructions, but even the picture on the box was vague. Do not bother with the wrenches provided. I used a socket wrench and it went quickly. To the manufacturer – please redo the instructions with exploded views of how the front assembly goes together. I did figure it out, but it took me way longer than it should have. As for the cart itself, it is very nice and sturdy. I know I will get a lot of use out of it.

All good and works fine I had heard so much about related products that I feared getting disappointed. I heard bad stories about the weld quality, assembly difficulty, shoddy, etc. Well, the smell indeed is powerful and bad. I’m surprised actually that product this smelly (chemical, volatile odor) can be transported in a post service truck. Oh well, mine will be sitting in the garage and I don’t care about the smell. I’m sure it will go away soon.Assembly took 40 minutes. I am quite handy, though. I would not be surprised if some take an hour or two. The included wrenches could possibly work but my own tools were vastly better and allowed me to finish faster. The welds look nicely done. Overall, the cart seems solid and well done. Wheels are turning and spinning fine. I will test the ride tomorrow and provide feedback if I discover anything worth reporting.

Better quality than I expected, but minor issues keep it from being 5 star Review & Pluses: Cart arrived well-packaged with English instructions and not great B&W photos. Amazon has a how-to-assemble video on the product page. I didn’t view it until after I assembled it. Watching the Amazon video will save you time! All parts were well-wrapped, painted, and no rust evident. Welds looked a little sloppy, but adequate. The green “cover” is often featured in photos as a liner that is great for carrying dirt, leaves, plants that might be dripping wet. After I assembled the cart, tightened nuts, and tested it around the yard, I sprayed Rustoleum clear finish on the steel nuts (except steering!) to hopefully keep the nuts from rusting. That’s my perfectionism. I may take another reviewer’s advice and add nylon washers between metal on metal steering related friction points. (does work well now without them)
