Easy to use, plenty of room! The AARP’s love these carts to carry everything from groceries to trash bags. Finding them locally is no easy task. The few we found were fragile and cheaply made. First of all, as far as wheels, bigger is better. They roll smoother and hold up. These carts are at some point wheeled over concrete and asphalt, need to roll over cracks and curbs, and are used by people who are not that steady on their feet. You can also expect your elderly user to lean on them for support. so you need a sturdy frame too. This cart is large capacity, comes with large molded plastic rear wheels and double swivel front wheels. It was simple to assemble (put the wheels on), which is good since the instructions amount to a drawing of the cart. Don’t worry if there are extra parts, for some reason ours had two sets of cotter pins. CONS: The only flaw I found was the front wheels and folding the cart. The front wheels have to swivel forward to fold the cart properly. This can be accomplished easily if you…

Not good for moderately heavy purchases I bought this – more expensive – cart after my $20 cheap one fell apart on my way home last week. The cart was reasonably easy to put together, and when empty, it works well. But, when you put things in it – even moderately heavy loads – the front wheels lock up, and because of the propensity of the wheels to roll under the cart, the cart becomes unbalanced from the front, and wants to fall over towards the front all the time.I got this cart because I carry water and soda about half a mile home after supermarketing. These are very typical loads.Don’t believe it when it says it can carry 200lb – rolling on a smooth surface maybe – at a push. However, if you want to use this cart to carry loads home – on pavement and walking across roads – this cart fails miserably. The last time I used it, I literally had to drag it behind me because of its propensity to topple over at the front. My advice – DON’T BUY THIS CART.
